Request the Deletion of Your Personal Data

EduKT iLS respects your right to request deletion of personal data that we process about you, subject to applicable legal requirements and exceptions.

If you have interacted with the EduKT WhatsApp chatbot, website, or related services and would like us to delete personal data associated with your interaction, you may submit a deletion request using the contact information below.

How to Request Deletion

To help us locate the correct information, please include:

  • Your full name, if previously provided to us.
  • The WhatsApp telephone number associated with your interaction.
  • The email address associated with your account or communication, if applicable.
  • A brief description of the information you would like deleted.

Identity Verification

For security reasons, we may need to verify your identity before deleting personal data. This is intended to prevent unauthorized individuals from requesting deletion of another person's information.

What Happens After Your Request

After receiving your request, we will review it and take appropriate steps to delete or anonymize personal data that we are legally permitted to delete.

Certain information may need to be retained where required by law, necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, or otherwise subject to a lawful exception to deletion.

WhatsApp and Third-Party Services

If your information has been processed by third-party service providers, including Meta/WhatsApp or other technology providers, deletion from EduKT's systems does not necessarily mean that the information is simultaneously deleted from those independent third-party systems.

Where applicable, we will take reasonable steps to address deletion requests with relevant service providers in accordance with our legal obligations and contractual arrangements.
